Game Notes
The French delaying tactic of sending their cavalry forward and an infantry brigade to occupy Domburg has worked well.   It has greatly delayed the advance and deployment of the Russian centre and left flank.   4th Russian division, on the right flank, has advanced much more quickly and is almost ready to engage the French left flank

General Sacken has realised that the French do not intend to fight for Domburg, and is now pushing his corps forward to the north-west road.

This redeployment has delayed the Russian attack by up to four hours.   However the French now have their backs to the river Saale and must fight at least until night fall.

The centre of the battle has moved towards the river Saale, and the table will be extended to the west by one square at the start of the next move to keep the point of impact in the centre of the table.
